Most Overrated 80s Band

On this episode of Formidable Opponents we take you back to a simpler time, a time where a show choir mega stars got together for a good cause,  a time when going out to eat at your local Pizza Hut was considered fine dining, a time where music told the the decade's story and those storytellers may have utilized an excessive amount of Aqua Net (pink).  Yes, we're revisiting the 80s this week and although we have a deep appreciation for synthesizers, bright colors and big hair, we do have a few things to say about some bands that we feel may have received more credit than they should have.  That's not to say we don't care for them; after all, the eclectic sounds and the variety of over-the-top (Not the Sylvester Stallone movie) expression is what made the 80s such an important time for music.  This week Formidable Opponents debates and discusses "Most Overrated 80s Band!"
