Best 90s Love Song

The 90s didn't invent the love song (neither did Elvis, knock it off) but what the era did create was a new sound and a new way to express emotions.  The artists of the decade created some of the all-time biggest ballads and for many of them, it catapulted them to a whole other level of success and exposure.    So, make that phone line dedication, enjoy that slow dance and go ahead and convulse in a fit of passion, totally acceptable (please, warn those around you ahead of time).  Yes, this week Formidable Opponents debates and discusses "Best 90s Love Song."
